When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store card details).
Your personal data is used solely to confirm and fulfil your transfer booking, communicate trip details, and for invoicing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking records are retained for 5 years as required by Greek tax law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time by contacting us.
